They particularly did an excellent job show casing our home. They spent considerable time with us discussing changes that would help us best stage our home. Ed is a master photographer and the pictures he took for show casing were fabulous.

We recently retained the services of Ed and Karen for the sale of our current property and the purchase of land to build our new home on. Their combined knowledge of the market and the local area as well as their ability to steer us through the complicated legal maze of a buy/sell was invaluable. Quite honestly we did not much enjoy the whole real estate experience but having agents with integrity and diligence made it far less aggravating than it could have been. Ed and Karen really gave us the feeling that they were working hard for us through constant communication, doing the legwork, and really listening to and hearing our needs. We felt they had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. They also were extremely responsive and timely with all of our inquires and throughout the negotiation process.

He was more than helpful in answering our numerous questions during the home buying process. He followed up on issues from our home inspection and represented us well in our dealings with the seller. I was strongly recommended by a good friend to use karen and Ed in finding a new home for our growing family. Wow! Was I surprised when they were both professional and easy-going. Being younger myself it was convenient to be able to give or ask questions/concerns/updates via texting. They respond so promptly and never make me feel like they don't have time for me.

This was my first home purchase. I bought the home as an investment like many people do. Karen and I saw a number of homes as I was serarching for an exceptional deal. Karen was very positive and patient with me through out the whole process. I did close on a home for a great discounted price. (My home was move in ready also). 4 years later Karen was able to sell my property at a very nice profit. Closing also went smooth without any problems which was very very nice since I am living out of state now. I couldn't ask for a better real estate agent!! Karen really rose to the difficult task of working with me lol. Wouldn't hesitate a second in working with Karen again to purchase and or sell another property in the future!!!

Ed and Karen are FANTASTIC! My husband and I were first time home-buyers with a limited budget. We really wanted to be in a home by the end of the year, but weren't too optimistic it would happen. Ed and Karen really came through for us. We found a home we loved, and in just over a month we moved in! Ed and Karen made the process so easy. Their knowledge and honesty was invaluable. They are both are so down-to-earth and friendly and put us right at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and look forward to working with them again!

Karen and Ed were great in selling our condo. They had to work with a renters schedule for the first 2 months and were very gracious dealing with her schedule. They were in contact often and kept us informed of showings etc.
